What is Adsense Arbitrage?

What is the idea behind what some people call "AdSense arbitrage"? Basically, it follows the principle of "Buy Low, Earn High." It means:

a. Buying pay-per-click (PPC) advertising using cheap bid pricing for a specific keyword topic.

b. Sending the ad user clicks to your website with the best paying, targeted AdSense keyword.

c. Providing a web site designed so the ad user is more likely to click on the AdSense ads, to earn the most you can from each web page.

It's a way of making money by using both Google's Adwords and AdSense programs - taking advantage of boths sides of the same coin - the advertising side, and the publishers shared revenue side.

For example, you might target the keyword, "acne" using AdSense Arbitrage. You use Google AdWords to buy cheap ads for only 5 cents a click. These ads connect to a page on your site that uses AdSense Ads (you get a share of the ad money from Google).

You know that the best paying keyword related to "acne" is say, "acne treatment." So you create a page with AdSense on your website that is designed around that keyword.
